What Do Women Need?

It’s time to redefine what strength looks like, from custom-tailored exercises that sync with your body's rhythm to building a network that’s as empowering as it is about sweat.

Bone density? We've got workouts that do more than just challenge you – they transform you.

Mental wellness? It’s not an afterthought. It’s merging mind and body to ignite every move you make.

And nutrition? Let’s get real – we’re talking fuel that powers, not just fills.

Welcome to the new era of fitness – where it’s all about you. No fluff, just the good stuff.

Women Get the Same Exercise Benefits As Men, But With Less Effort

Game-changing findings from the Smidt Heart Institute show that women can actually work out less than men to get the same benefits.

Women achieve notable heart health benefits from as little as 2 1/2 hours of moderate to vigorous activity per week—half the time needed for men to reap similar benefits. But they'll continue to see the benefit if they work out beyond that as well.

Additionally, strength training shows remarkable gains, with just 1 session a week marking significant improvements, whereas it takes men 3.

This gives us the chance to take some of the pressure off ourselves. Let's redefine the grind so we can stress less and keep making working out fun.

Good Bones: Your Foundation for Life

Strong bones are non-negotiable, especially for women prone to osteoporosis. Incorporate weight-bearing and resistance training into your routine, as recommended by our personal trainers, to build and maintain bone density. Prevention is power, your workout regimen is your body's ally against time.

Mind Matters: Sync the Mental with the Physical

Mental health profoundly impacts physical health, especially for women who experience hormonal fluctuations. Join our Yoga and Tai Chi classes to foster mental clarity, reduce stress, and improve hormonal balance—because wellness starts from within.

Pelvic Floor Strength: The Unsung Hero of Women's Health

The pelvic floor is vital for overall well-being. Classes like Barre or Butts and Guts focus on exercises that enhance core stability and pelvic floor strength, fortifying that foundation. Elevate your well-being from the ground up – your body will thank you.

Eat Smart, Live Strong: Nutrition Hacks

A balanced diet is key to any fitness journey. Focus on calcium-rich foods for bone health, iron to combat fatigue, and plenty of fruits and vegetables for overall well-being.

Foods like tofu, chia seeds, and leafy greens like kale and collard are calcium and iron superfoods. Understanding your body's needs can transform your energy levels and health outlook.

Community and Role Models: Your Fitness Sisterhood

The journey is sweeter with companions.  Whether it’s sharing goals, victories, or just a good sweat, our community is here to lift you up. Tap into the collective wisdom and strength of our female trainers and members. Group classes like Zumba and Cardio Dance are a fun way to get moving and build community with other members.

Safety, Respect, and Comfort: Our Commitment to You

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We're dedicated to creating an environment where you can chase your fitness dreams without hesitation. Because every woman deserves a place where she can unleash her potential, worry-free.
